Long Island City, New York August 31, 2010 -   Still at early stage, the OurLIC Real Estate Marketplace will serve residential, commercial, retail, office, and industrial markets and will be the only searchable database of its type dedicated to attracting buyers and renters to Long Island City. The Profiling system and search engine that has been created for the OurLIC Real Estate MARKETPLACE is robust and extraordinary. Working with Real Estate agencies and property owners, all condominiums and other property will be loaded on a “unit-by-unit” basis plus the buildings themselves.  The system will provided potential buyers with critical neighborhood, community, and lifestyle information that helps decision making.  It will become an important resource for the community and for people / companies interested in relocating to Long Island City.  We are also hopeful that this new real estate service, when coupled with the other profiling and news appearing on OurLIC, will attract innovative retailers to Long Island City.
