Full Description: At Molly Blooms we believe that Sunnyside is special and worth celebrating. That's why we serve the best locally produced craft beers on draft - and stock many more - and it's why our menu is sourced direct from the local community.
Blooms is a Victorian style Irish bar that was hand crafted with pride by local carpenters and its design reflects our strong commitment to quality and old world service. We live in the local neighborhood, we invest in our community, we love its diversity, and we welcome all.
Come and spend a lazy afternoon in our leafy beer garden and enjoy five star dining or hearty pub grub. Order a stone cold Guinness and see it poured to perfection before your eyes. Stay for our happy hour or linger for a world-class traditional Irish music session, either way you'll find yourself among the most lively and interesting people in the neighborhood.
If you've never been to Ireland we promise to give you a memorable foretaste of the best the emerald isle has to offer. And if you'd never normally set foot inside a public house we promise to make you reconsider your decision from now on.
The New York Daily News says:
"Moms and dads can stop by for morning scones and tea after dropping off their kids at school. There's free Wi-Fi for people who want to work from their laptops. And seasoned pub-lovers can enjoy a large selection of craft beers - as well as pints of Guinness - surrounded by decorative glass lights, plush scarlet seats and a dark wood bar."

Sunnyside Post says:
"The bar's design is based on the Victorian-style pubs built in Dublin that James Joyce and his fellow writers frequented in the early 20th Century. The bar has a beer garden patio, where trees have been planted, along with creeping ivies and an assortment of potted plants. It will specialize in craft beers that come from the smaller brewers, such as Coney Island lager and a Brooklyn lager's for about $5 a pint."

Sunnyside Shines says:
'A Victorian-era Irish pub, owned by Sunnyside community activist Ciaran Staunton, hopes to appeal to all members of the community. Season pub lovers can enjoy a large selection of craft beers, pints and Guiness. The atmosphere is beautiful, with decorative glass lights, plush scarlet seats, and a dark wood bar. In hopes to cater to all members of the community, non beer drinkers can come in the morning for scones and tea. There is also free Wi-Fi for people who want to work from their laptops.'
