2. How is the contract for the use of the Personalized Jobseeker Account concluded?
A contract between you and OurLIC JOBS Limited is concluded in the following way: You enter your login data on our CV creation site or on our general registration site. Then you accept the declaration of consent on the CV creation or registration site. Then you check that all your data entries are correct and click on "Save". Now, we have entered into a contract for using the Personalized Jobseeker Account that can be cancelled at any time by one of the parties. You are now a registered user and can enter your data into the CV database or start using other OurLIC JOBS services.
3. Is the wording accessible and stored at OurLIC JOBS after concluding the contract and can I access it?
Your contract with OurLIC JOBS consists of the following elements:

6. How can I identify errors and correct them before sending my registration?
If you forget to complete one of the boxes during the registration process, we will not be able to carry out the service for you. Therefore you will be automatically informed if you have not filled in all required fields. You will also be notified if you have entered two different passwords instead of repeating one password, or if the password your have entered is too short. The same applies to your email address or if you have entered it without the @ or if it does not have a logical structure. If you have entered a wrong email address, you will see this as you will not receive our automated electronic confirmation of your registration (email). Disturbances, interruptions or a possible breakdown of the online service cannot be excluded by OurLIC JOBS. Systematic backups of the servers are carried out regularly. In so far as data have been transferred to OurLIC JOBS - regardless their form - we recommend that you create your own backup copies. OurLIC JOBS shall not be liable for any loss of data. OurLIC JOBS reserves the right to change, extend, limit or withdraw its services at any time. The user has no right to claim publication.

You agree to indemnify and hold OurLIC JOBS harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the Services which damages uou or any other party. OurLIC JOBS reserves the right to investigate You, Your business, and/or your owners, officers, directors, managers, and other principals, Your sites, and the materials comprising the sites at any time. These investigations will be conducted solely for OurLIC JOBS benefit, and not for Your benefit or that of any third party. All fees related to using Charged Services are charged automatically using the payment method as determined in the Website. If OurLIC JOBS does not receive a request for Charged Services termination in writing to one of the addresses listed on the Website under "customer contact information," you acknowledge and understand that OurLIC JOBS will continue to charge you for the Charged Services as long as your account remains active regardless if the Charged Services are used or not.
If, at any time, you contact your bank or credit card company and decline or otherwise reject the charge of any payable fees, this act will be considered a breach of your obligation hereunder and your use of the Charged Services will be automatically terminated. Your use of the Charged Services will not resume until you re-subscribe for any such Charged Services.
4. CANCELLATION & MONEY BACK
Charged Services are provided on a prepay basis. All Sales are final. OurLIC JOBS will not refund any amounts paid.
