Long Island City, NY Thursday, April April 15, 2010 - Joseph Tazewell, NYC Regional Director, Empire State Development presented an overview of ESD and its economic development program to the Queens Economic Development Leadership Council. Mr. Tazewell also presented and discussed programs proposed by Governor Paterson in his 2010-2011 Executive Budget.
