So I have an amazing apt up for subletting. Its in Astoria and has

everything right near it.

- 2 blocks from the R, V, G line

- 8 blocks from the N, W

- Grocery store is 2 blocks

- Laundromat is 3 blocks

-Great restaurants and delivery

The apt itself is very large with a living room, dinning room, big kitchen,

and 3 bedrooms. There are two other roommates both guys, both gay! Very laid

back and also tidy. We do ask that you are gay or more importantly gay

friendly! The available bedroom is small but with the sublet you would also get an

8x8 walk in closet and tons of living space.

Also if may and june warm up.. we have a PRIVATE POOL in our backyard!!

Rent is $1000 and this will include
