I have been a resident of Long Island City for seven years , and through City Vet, I bring a dream of affordable and honest animal health care to Queens residents and their pets. I received her DVM Degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia and have nine years of experience in internal medicine and surgery. Seven of those years were as a veterinarian in New York City. Prior moving to New York, I worked my way through school as a veterinary assistant for eight years at a clinic in Webb City, Missouri. After receiving my veterinary degree, I worked another two years as a doctor in that same clinic. Being raised on a midwestern farm, paired with my clinical background, I have lots of experience working with, and caring for animals both large and small. |
