Aside from brokering Eric is an investor/developer currently co-developing a 40 unit condo building in Flushing Queens, as well as several other projects on the horizon, in addition he owns multiple condominium units that he flips. He has been noted for his sharp eye and ear for the market. Aside from finding people a new home, he is also skilled at dealing directly with Investors. With over $100 million dollars in sales, Eric's success is credited to his personal relationships with communities and clientele. |
